2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Verification: Because Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method, all orders are subject to mandatory verification via call, SMS, or WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
Order Acceptance & Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if verification cannot be completed, or if there is suspected fraud or courier non-serviceability.
Refusal of COD Parcels: Customers who repeatedly refuse delivery of confirmed COD orders without valid justification may be blacklisted from placing future COD orders with our store.

3. Pricing & Product Information

All prices on our store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of delivery charges as indicated at checkout.
We make every effort to display the colors, details, and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary due to lighting, studio photography, or device screen settings.
We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on the destination, courier service operational constraints, or unexpected delays.
Once an order has been verified and dispatched to the courier, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled free of charge only before dispatch during the order confirmation call/message.
No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds once an order is delivered and accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video evidence for a free replacement.
