At Askhi's Wardrobe, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and securely across Pakistan. Please review our shipping terms and delivery details below.

1. Order Processing & Verification

Pre-Dispatch Verification: Because we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), all orders must be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before they are dispatched.
Processing Time: Once verified, orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

2. Delivery Times & Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Time:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you place your order. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will automatically apply at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s portal to check the real-time status of your delivery.

4. Address & Contact Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, landmark, and contact phone number are complete and accurate at checkout.
Our courier riders will contact you prior to delivery. If you are unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.

5. Cancellations & Delivery Refusals

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled free of charge only before dispatch during the confirmation call or by contacting our support team.
Refusal of COD Parcels: To maintain fair operations, customers who refuse parcel delivery upon arrival without valid notice may have their COD privileges restricted for future purchases.
